Senior Talent Sourcer

Requirements:

• Ability to Google like a Pro and quickly search for the required information
• English - Upper Intermediate (additional foreign languages would be a plus)
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and comfortable with routine
• Ability to analyze a candidates' profiles and eventually give a short, structured feedback to the recruiter
• Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
• Ability to pitch candidates on the client's position
• Confident PC user
• Analytical skills and attention to details
• Quick and eager learner
• Experience in communicating with internal stakeholders or clients would be a great plus

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified candidates/leads through various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.)
• Use sourcing techniques to search for the required information on the Internet (corporate websites, business resources, social media, etc.
• Search for contact details of candidates (emails, skype, social media profiles, etc.) using the advanced tools
• Create the job descriptions
• Communicate with potential candidates, collect initial information and arrange online/face-to-face interviews
• Input and process information about candidates in our applicant tracking system
