THE OPPORTUNITY

Recruitment Team is looking for a team assistant to provide administrative support and persuade close cooperation with the team.

THE PERSON

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced user of MS Office and GSuite

• Quick-learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Upper-Intermediate English

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience of work as a team assistant of executive assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Recruitment Head

• Provide corporate CVs preparation: look for skills/profiles based on predefined criteria

• Perform job postings on a corporate website and various professional platforms

• Create other internal documents upon request

• Be accurate and supportive with posting activities and provide high standards of services within administrative tasks
