The Opportunity

We are looking for an Office Manager in our Chernihiv office. The person in this position is required to have a great level of service attitude, have analytical thinking, attention to details and be proactive.

The Role

• efficient office administration for Chernihiv office;
• provide office support and employees admin assistance;
• assistance in meeting visitors, calls, mailings;
• be responsible for office purchasing and inventory;
• support corporate events organization;
• create and maintain admin procedures.

The Ideal Candidate 

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position;
• advanced PC user;
• Intermediate level of English;
• strong analytical skills;
• great customer service attitude;
• attentiveness to detail, multitasking, responsible and result-oriented person.
