We are looking for a highly motivated, committed, and organized Legal Assistant/Contract Administrator to join our Legal team to work predominantly with our EU and US sales teams and provide administrative support to our lawyers.
Whilst a supportive and structured approach will be taken to supervision, knowledge management, and personal development, all team members are expected to possess a "can do" approach, a commitment to delivering excellent client service and a desire to play their part in growing our business.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Assist in the drafting of contracts (licenses, services, etc.);
- Support contract processes: management, archiving, reporting etc.;
- Serve as a communication liaison between legal and internal customers;
- Track document approval and execution to ensure that agreements are in place when required and are properly executed and stored in compliance with company policies;
- Support in implementation and maintenance of global contract management system.
Mandatory Skill Set:
- Law degree or at least two years of experience in a contract manager's role;
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and managing the contracts/agreements process;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Fluency in German or French will be considered as an advantage;
- At least a one year of experience working for an international company or abroad;
- Experience of using Contract Management systems.
