Miss To Mrs Box is the perfect subscription box for brides that are planning their dream wedding.

The key role of the position is to ensure high quality of customer service and help our clients get the best customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via chat, e-mail (helpdesk);
• Assist with clients' requests and resolve issues;
• Gather feedbacks and ensure customers' satisfaction;
• Mailing new offers to our customers;
• Monthly reports of activities undertaken.

We are looking for people, who meet the following requirements:

• High level of English is a must (Upper Intermediate or higher);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Basic computer user skills
• Quick-learner and able to multitask;
• Experience in customer service will be a plus.
• Experience working with native English speakers is a plus;
• Knowledge of any helpdesk systems is a huge plus (Freshdesk, Zendesk)
