The role is based out of Ukraine, with the requirement to work in a hybrid office concept, balancing remote work and in-office time. We align our working hours with the time zones of our American clients. 

What you’ll need   

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment. Deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape.  

• Experience in using modern sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, use of plug-ins etc.). Familiarity with various sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, work sites etc.).  

• Strong command of English (upper-intermediate/B2 level).  

Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian.  

• Experience with psychometric assessment tools will be an advantage.  

• Stress Tolerance: functions well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. 

• Emotional Intelligence: has a keen awareness of self and others; manages conflict and interpersonal issues effectively. 

• Tech savvy: ability to quickly learn new technologies; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
