Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Legal Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on corporate international tax planning, including the development and analysis of tax strategies for clients at the expense of formation and/or reorganization of corporate structures;
• Development of optimal schemes with applying of non-residential legal entities, advising on procedural aspects of foreign companies foundation and carriage of business activities with the purpose of ultimate selling the case to a customer, advising on procedural aspects of the foundation and operation of foreign legal entities including policies, procedures, and processes;
• Cooperation with foreign partners, state registration and tax authorities abroad on issues related to the activities of foreign companies;
• Monitoring of the new updates and changes in legislation, preparation of announcement information for employees and clients of the company;
• Participation in the development and sale of legal products to the market through external activities: writing articles, web scripts, seminar content and other materials on relevant topics to assist the client's incomprehension of the specific compliance regulations;
• Building an effective team: planning, participation in the selection, mentoring, development.

Special requirements:

• Experience of work with non-resident companies from 3 years;
• Advising clients on international tax planning issues is an advantage;
• Knowledge of foreign legislation governing the corporate aspects of businesses activities of foreign companies;
• University degree in Law;
• English skills - Upper intermediate + Legal English (must have).
