Legal Analyst (international law)

ICF Legal Service (https://icf.ua/about/career) is an international law firm, 16 years on the market, which is included in the TOP 50 leading law firms of Ukraine according to the version of Legal Practice. Since 2015, member of the European Business Association (EBA).

We work in the field of foreign corporate and tax law, we are interested in understanding the nuances of taxation and finding a unique solution for our clients. 

And now we are looking for a Legal Analyst. Subordination to the CEO.

Your role will include:

• Analysis of trends in international tax planning sphere;
• Forecast of further changes;
• Analysis of services and offers of competitors;
• The study of popular and potentially popular areas;
• Participation in the development of new products of the company;
• Conducting internal seminars, clarifications, consultations;
• Writing analytical reviews, both for external resources and for internal use.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in international tax planning - from two years (preferably);
• Ability to analyze information, think critically;
• Availability of publications on international law and taxes (preferably);
• Legal education;
• English - Upper-intermediate and higher.
