NHSM is a Shipmanager with offices in Hamburg, Odessa and Hong Kong with core business in management of vessels' commercial activities.

In order to strengthen our team in Odessa due to increasing fleet we are looking for an

Accounting Officer

Requirements:

• effective communication skills both in oral and written English;
• ability to work with different computer programs (Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage, Excel, Outlook);
• knowledge and practical skills in bookkeeping accordingly to IFRS;
• Master Degree in Accounting;
• you should be a quick learner and a good team player;
• experience in shipping or crewing is an advantage.

The offered position will include cooperation between Accounting and other departments of our company between different offices.

Responsibilities:

• follow up with accounts payable (proceed with incoming invoices, payment preparation, Statement of Accounts);
• reconciliation of accounts receivable (booking of revenue and received payments);
• booking of bank and cash flow;
• booking of current assets consumption;
• preparation of funding requests to investors;
• appropriate bookkeeping of balance and P&L accounts for Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement provided by Controlling Department to investors.
