Study Coordinator

Currently for our operations in Ukraine we are looking for Study Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinating multiple projects whilst ensuring all study documentation is accurate and up to date with correct versions.
• Using reporting tools provide accurate weekly figures to project managers
• Following guidelines for the data entry process for studies
• Analysing trends and inconsistencies to resolve issues and enhance overall performance
• Work with CRAs to ensure that issues are dealt with appropriately and highlight findings to data & quality manager/ senior study coordinator
• Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Degree in pharmacy or biology
• Interest to develop carrier in clinical research environment
• Ability to work to time lines and follow instructions.
• Upper-Intermediate knowledge of English.
• A strong team player, with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently within a high pace pressurised environment
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• The candidate must be able to multi-task and work well within a high pace pressurised environment.
