The consulting company provides solutions to corporate customers - large IT service operators and FinTech operators. We are structuring Assets, Finance Flows & Taxing.
We want our sales and commercial assistant to:
- Work with CRM system
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Keep up to date information in Sales department tasks
- Assist with commercial offers, invoices and other commercial documents preparation
- Coordinate requests from potential clients and control the deadlines in communications with the clients
- Prepare follow ups after the calls and meeting with the clients
- Assist with other current tasks of sales department
Our requirements:
- Working experience as sales assistant/ junior sales manager
- Experience with CRM system (Bitrix24 is a plus)
- Practical Knowledge of MS Excel and other office applications
- English language: Upper Intermediate+
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
