We are growing and have an open position as a Customer Support Representative Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written skills in Spanish and English (Spanish - Advanced/ Upper-Intermediate, English -Upper-Intermediate/intermediate)
- Experience in the Client support area
- Basic technical background (strong experience in using apps)
- Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Providing Customer Support for the website users
- Handle support inquiries via email/chat
- Work with information concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints;

- Downtown Kyiv location in a modern office (10-minute walk from Kontraktova);

- Schedule: 9:00 - 00:00 Kyiv Time( shifts - 9:00-18:00; 12:00- 21:00; 15:00-00:00), may vary
