Our Kyiv Team is growing and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead/Head of Recruitment to join Helpware. The main function of this role will be leading our Kyiv recruitment team and supporting them in sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates of the variable level of seniority and skills. We expect you to be engaged with internal and external hiring managers, think creatively and drive a winning spirit to achieve Team goals.
As the Recruitment Lead/Head of Recruitment your main accountabilities will be:
- Take ownership of the recruiting process and improve upon it to ensure a smooth and positive candidates/newcomers experience.
- Lead recruitment activities: managing recruitment workflows, new candidates search sources implementing, recruitment process optimizing, job posts review and cross-check, support with senior positions closing, recruitment marketing activities coordinating, offer process driving etc.
- Lead new clients and agents onboarding (in coordination with the Process Excellence department).
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (Clients) and provide regular (weekly/daily) status' updates.
- Profile order preparation, assigning openings between the Team members and providing support in job descriptions building.
- Embrace and develop a deep understanding of our and client's business so that you can fully educate candidates on career opportunities and job responsibilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop, implement and execute hiring strategies for technical, marketing, customer care, finance positions, particularly for high-quality passive and active candidates.
- Oversee outreach to prospective applicants to generate interest in open positions.
- Handle pre-final interviews with the candidates, organize Client's interview and prepare applicants.
- Recruitment team management: conducting 1 on 1 coaching/feedback meetings, training sessions and educational events, supporting development plan execution etc.
- Track recruiting activities and prepare variable reports using ATS.
- Recruitment KPIs ownership and management of team bonuses.
- Recruitment budget ownership, cooperation with vendors, recruitment tools usage planning etc.
What experience or knowledge should you bring?
- 3+ years experience as a Recruitment Lead, leading recruitment team and driving the recruitment life-cycle end to end
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including advanced and efficient sourcing channels and technics
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Proven experience in developing creative initiatives and top-notch execution
- Experience recruiting with a fast-paced team in a startup environment
- Experience with compensation negotiation at all level of seniority
- Passionate about managing and pushing multiple projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment
- Great team player, awesome sense of humor, and passion for people
- Ability to occasionally operate US business hours based on business needs
