Customer Support Specialist (evening shifts)

We are growing and looking for a Customer Support Guru to be a part of our Support Team.

Responsibilities:

• Customer support via email, live chat, phone;
• Consult customers about the products; 
• Dealing with day-to-day inquiries, tasks, questions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Advanced English (strong oral skills);
• 0,5+ year of Customer Support experience;
• Multitasking;
• Experience with Helpscout and Dialpad will be a plus.
