Content Writer

Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing back-office services with offices in the USA, Brazil, Ukraine, and the Philippines. We help small businesses as well as enterprises to free-up their teams so they can focus on strategic high-value tasks that will move the dial for their businesses.

We are growing and have an open position as a Content Writer for Swiss crypto-wealth management platform.

Responsibilities:

• To write content (FAQ articles, Blog Articles, Email templates, etc) and improve the knowledge center database.

• Coordinate and manage content and multi-lingual translations

• Answer client's inquiries via e-mail and occasionally chat.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced/Fluent English;

• Experience in writing tech or blockchain as a plus

• Understanding of blockchain-related technology

• Good management skills

• Passionate about great Customer Service

• Positive Attitude with Team spirit

• High attention to detail
