Project Manager/ Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for internal projects (Machine Learning). 

Responsibilities:

• Variable projects/deals workflow set-up, coordination, and management;

• Remote and on-site teams supervision for ongoing/ad-hoc projects (incl. troubleshooting clients/teams issues on a daily basis);

• Ongoing communication and reporting to client and internal management and customer success/sales teams;

• Contribution to the internal marketing efforts (marketing strategy development, lead generation/clients acquisition, coordinating marketing support units, etc.);

• Managing and performing lead research and lead generation activities;

• Contribution to building and growing relationship with Helpware channel partners;

• Creating and managing agency accounts for Helpware on different platforms;

• Contribution to the structure and performance improvement of the organization by adding new technology, ideas, methodologies, trainings, etc;

• Preparation of Manuals and Training Documentations for the projects;

• Help with Newcomers Onboarding and Training;

• Prepare relevant reporting, analytical data (KPI's) for a variety of projects;

• Other tasks assigned by managers.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English;
• Previous experience not less than 1 year as a Project Manager /Coordinator in product IT companies (work with the software development team, QA Specialists, etc.);
• Team Management Experience;
• Reports preparation experience;
• Lead Generation experience;
• Experience in the onboarding of new clients and newcomers training, etc.
