DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deployment, maintenance, and support of complex environments, which includes databases, web servers, developers environment, and management tools Magento

• QA support (Magento websites)

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• Upper-Intermediate level of written and oral English

• VCs: git, git workflow, integration tools (hooks, pull requests, etc)

• Scripting: preferably PHP, but any of JavaScript, python, ruby, etc

• Sysadmin: understanding of *nix systems, common tools, services configuration, networking: Linux firewall configuration, iptables/ufw.Misc: integration with JIRA hooks. Trigger processes from status changes or other events.

• Aws: private/public networks - setup vcls, internet gateways, nat, security groups. Public entry points: bastion instances, etc. Ec2 and other services cost estimation. Use of S3, route 53, ec2 and other services through aws cli.

• Ci/Cd: Jenkins bitbucket pipelines. Groovy scripts. Automated deployments (build/test/deploy) and common tasks.

• Local environment setup: vagrant/docker setup with ansible/chef/puppet provisioning.

• Automated testing: TDD (PHPUnit), bdd (behat, selenium, etc)

• Misc: integration with JIRA hooks. Trigger processes from status changes or other events.

• Experience in manual testing of web application on different platforms (Magento websites).
