ASBIS Group is leading IT distributor in the emerging markets of EMEA, combining a wide range of geographical operations with a broad portfolio of products distributed in the 'one-stop-shop' model, looking for a Corporate Business Trainer (Consumer Business)
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Select and book venues
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Keep attendance and other records
- Manage training budgets
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 4+ years of experience on the similar position
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
- Has initiative, able to generate ideas, multi-tasking person
- Dynamic work in the international team
