Main Tasks:

• Preparation and revision of agreements, corporate and other legal documentation of the Group
• Support of legal verification of documents
• Drafting of various agreement and contracts
• Keeping maintaining legal files of the Company
• Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Negotiate deals and attend Company meetings
• Represent the Company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, meetings etc.)
• Research, anticipate and guard Company against legal risks
• Other specific tasks assigned by the Management of the Company

Requirements:

• University graduate in Law with specialization in Commercial and Company Law
• Fluency in English and Russian languages at a professional level
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in legal position preferable within an international Company
• Strong legal writing and contracts drafting skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong Organization and Communication Skills
