VAD & Solutions Sales Leader

    ASBIS - international wholesale distributor IT products and solutions - is looking for VAD & Solutions Sales Leader


    Main Accountabilities:

    • Lead sales, marketing, products supply organizations to meet and overachieve KPI targets (GP, DSO, DPO, DOI)
    • Determines sales strategy together with functional and line managers
    • Set profit and capital turnover targets by product groups
    • Cascade and manage KPI targets by subordinates
    • Manages exceptional relations with vendors and key customers to maximize business and profitability
    • Organizes effective Team works management
    • Orchestrates large sales projects
    • Resolve issues effectively
    • Maximizes value to company from use of CRM, sales tools, b2b shop, other online resources and reporting systems of the company
    • Strong and effective daily management of sales operations
    • Cordinates sales and marketing activities promo action matrix by key channel partners
    • Understands, revises, controls execution according Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) required by company, vendors to provide consistency in customer services (presales, supply and sales planning, post sales)
    • Understands and mitigates Credit risks, FX risks
    • Creates and supports positive and winning atmosphere, motivating workplace for the team to maximize productivity and to realize potential of every team member
    • Pays great attention to education, certification of sales, presales, product, marketing team members. Allocate well customers by sales team members
    • Applies to line and functional managers to hire new professionals needed, to terminate not effective ones

    Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant Solutions sales experience (System Integrator / Distributor / Vendor)
    • Possesses knowledge of business analytics and Insights and key marketplace issues for the IT industry
    • Solid knowledge of the commercial services business and the impact it can achieve when implemented within a client's business processes.

    • a superior and successful active salesperson, have excellent presentation and writing skills, act with a sense of urgency and be able to work both independently and in teams
    • successful experience identifying and closing new business opportunities
    • ability to quickly develop positive relationships at all levels of client management and within the sales and marketing teams.
    • ability to work in a matrix organization
    • existing network in the IT world
    • good negotiation skills
    • excellent Ukrainian, Russian and intermediate English languages required
    • relevant certification would be an added advantage
