Sea Logistics Import Forwarder

Sea Logistics Import Forwarder provides high-quality sea freight forwarding services to customers. He/she schedules and makes necessary arrangements about how and when the client’s products will be transported. He/she also provides accounting and statistical data on the carriers, rates, costs, profits, insurance.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Planning, controlling and ensuring successful forwarding operations, margin and volume focused
• Implementing of business processes aimed at operational optimization
• Planning, analyzing and controlling of expenses.
• Providing negotiation with customers and preparation of commercial offers.
• Concluding contracts with clients and carriers. Tracking contract terms.
• Ensuring appropriate labor conditions and compliance with existing regulations, implement all the policies and rules of the company.

Your skills and experience

• University Degree in Economics, Logistics or related.
• 2 and more years of relevant experience.
• Methodical and logical approach.
• Customer focused, target oriented.
• Analytical skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal relation and communication skills.
• Ability to show initiatives/ideas for processes improvement.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on your own.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, English intermediate or higher.
• Confident user of MS Office, ability to be trained and work with Company’s IT systems
