Telesales (Sea Logistics)

Job description

As TeleSales you are responsible for all back-office sales support for the national sales team.  

You are responsible for : 

• Telesales C- D-customers / Managing your customer portfolio (< 25 K€/year);
• Erosion Management C-D-customers and reporting to the Sales Manager; 
• Participate in sales actions; 
• Registration of opportunities in our CRM; 
• Back-up sales colleagues. 

You will support the sales colleagues by:

• Preparing customer reporting in advance of sales visits;
• Actively contribute to the sales results by contacting new customers for first sales visits;
• General support administration.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor degree in forwarding or international communication or similar level by experience;
• Two years of experience in a similar position within the forwarding industry, a combined experience in different transport modes is an asset;
• Excellent customer service feeling, communication skills, and commercial acumen;
• Good organization, coordination, and multi-tasking skills;
• Languages: excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukraine and Russian, English intermediate;
• User knowledge of MS Office software: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
