IT Sourcer

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as IT Sourcer

• High levels of influencing and communications skills

• Experience with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including the use of digital and social media

• Experience with technical recruitment, a basic understanding of web and mobile technologies

• Excellent prioritization and organization skills

• Upper-Intermediate+ English

• Proactivity, problem ownership and result orientation

• High energy levels, engaging personality with a positive attitude

• Passion for connecting with people and building effective and trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

In a Nutshell, You Will

• Be responsible to engage with candidates through several channels, attracting and hiring our future colleagues

• Preparation and expansion of the candidate database

• Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents, generate hiring reports

• Cooperation with HR, Business Development and Delivery Departments to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
