You are an internal and external partner: You are the only one person managing the whole process from the order to the delivery formalities in close cooperation with our external partners. As in-house sales and customer care responsible you are in charge of supporting the managing director and other sales managers, taking care of the complaint management and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. Besides that you play also an important part in the office and manage all administrative tasks. You are taking care of our guests, keeping office hospitality and comfort.
You are an essential part for our further development: Careful listening is extremely important for a Back Office Manager, since your good work in delivering the goods to our customer contributes to their satisfaction and our success. Among paper work you will also provide proper packaging of goods, coordination of external forwarders and tracking of shipments to ensure proper delivery control according to the highest quality management requirements. Analytical thinking, a precise working style and a cooperative personality are your main strengths.
