Reservation manager

• Nustay is Danish IT Software product company that is determined to revolutionize the online hotel booking industry forever using big data and unbeatable algorithms.

Our product is online hotel booking platform, which generates unique offers for each client according to the match by crunching big data.

Required skills:

• Upper-intermediate French or Spanish (Both written and spoken is a mandatory requirement !)
• English intermediate
• Ability to work remote according to the schedule: 17:00-02:00; 5/2. OR 23:00-08:00. 3/3
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle different situations with the different kind of people.
• Logical mindset, ability to set priorities and understand the sequence of actions needed

Responsibilities:

You are expected to be the 2nd level of clients' service with following key duties (but not limited with the list):

Contacting hotel suppliers in regards reservation/booking details

Investigating booking reservation details

Providing relevant parties with necessary information (suppliers, clients, management, 1st level of support, etc)

Making new booking reservations

You will be working remotely from your own premises.

Night Shifts:7 hours +1 hour break.

Salary 350 USD.
