Junior Investment analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Market analysis
2. Financial models compilation
3. Calculating financial and non-financial projects KPI's and their sensitivity analyses
4. Participation in due diligence and deals closing
5. Financial modeling and valuation of potential Targets
6. Preparation of investment memorandums and presentations
7. Participation in developing business strategies
8. Various analytical support

Requirements / experience:

• Higher financial / economic education
• 2-3 years of experience is required (Property/Trading/ Investment bank background)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic familiarity and ability to discuss general economic and business concepts, current news, trends etc.
• Practical knowledge of industry research, corporate finance, valuation techniques is a plus
• Financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
