Required skills:

• English level — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced;
  
  

• strong verbal & written communication skills; 

• strong analytical skills;

• experience in creating meeting notes, business requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form;

• experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams;

It will be a plus:

• technical background;

• 0,5+ years of experience as a Tech Writer / Business Analyst;

• ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment;

• knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies;

• experience with Jira and Confluence or similar.

Daily responsibilities:

• participation in daily meetings with the Client;

• gather requirements from the Client;

• collaborate with the development team to check the technical feasibility of new features;

• visualize requirements by creating data flow diagrams;

• creation of mockups and visual examples;

• meeting notes creation;

• creation of tickets in the ticket tracking system;

• emails review;

• reports creation.
