We are looking for HR / Recruiter to join our team.
Skills / Experience Requirements:
1+ years of experience in the recruitment field
Strong experience in closing IT positions
Knowledge of the latest recruitment and selection processes and tools
Ability to conduct the full-cycle recruitment process
Self-driven and proactive person with an analytical mindset
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
Identifying future hiring needs
Source and recruit candidates by using variety of hunting and recruiting tools
Take an active part in the implementation and optimization of the recruitment process
Search for new channels to attract applicants
Interacting with potential candidates on social media and job boards (e.g. LinkedIn,dou.ua jinni)
Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Coordinating of onboarding process
Arrange corporate events.
