The position of Junior Trade Marketing Manager in Beauty Care business unit will be interesting for those who want to gain and develop their experience in working with international brands, work independently and constantly improve their professional approach to project management.

YOUR ROLE:

• Leading trade marketing according to company strategy
• Planning, implementation, and control of trade marketing projects for all sales channels
• Working closely with marketing and sales departments
• Development, organization of production and distribution of POS-materials, equipment, and other instruments of trade marketing for all sales channels
• Analysis of trade marketing activities effectiveness 
• Planning and control of trade marketing budget
• Preparation of analytical reports and presentations
• Cooperation with advertising agencies and suppliers of materials, equipment, and other resources of trade marketing to provide better conditions for cooperation

YOUR SKILLS:

• Experience in trade marketing or sales with trade marketing functions in FMCG for at least two years (Key Account Manager)
• Experience in an international company is an advantage
• Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Strategic thinking
• Confident user of MS Office
• Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities
• Focus on results
• Skills to work with many projects and large amounts of data
• Consumer orientation
• Initiating changes aimed at improvement
