Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare a yearly and long term marketing plan for the assigned product categories
• Collect and analyze all relevant market information
• Development of an integrated product, packaging, price and communication mix
• Closely works with R&D team and other functional teams i.e. supply chain, sales, technical department to foster speed to market new projects and product launches.
• Development of integrated brand communication and develops communication material for exploitation across various channels.
• Conducts customer orientation and market understanding through regular field visits.
• Responsible for both short term and long-term business plans including new product development, launches and relaunches
• Managing marketing budget for categories, and all financial responsibilities
• Preparation, presentation and follow-up of yearly and project briefings

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or Marketing (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in consumer/B2B marketing on position JBM/BM
• Experience in digital marketing
• Excellent proficiency in English language
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
