About the role:
The main role of the position will be to develop and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass individual and company's goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute all aspects of the sales strategy, budget, and key initiatives in support of the Company's growth plan;
Manage the sales teams organizational structure including recruiting, training and developing sales directors to achieve company-wide target sales goals;
Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets;
Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives;
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction;
Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function;
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions;
Work closely with CMO to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.
Requirements:
Fluent English and experience of communication with English native speakers;
At least 1-year experience in managing sales or customer support teams;
Understanding of the high-touch sales model;
Ability to build and maintain efficient relations with the team, clients and business partners;
Ability to resolve conflict situations, consultative approach to generate new business;
A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed;
You're ready to work with Americans from 5 PM to 2 AM Kyiv time.
