Duties:

• Making bookings and reservations of airline tickets, hotels, transfers in different GDS systems.
• Confirming reservations or change in travel plans for clients;
• Communication with wholesalers and other company partners;
• Preparing the clients' travel documents, maintaining different data, paying extra attention to the data entry;

Requirements:

• Perfect spoken and written English - level Upper-Intermediate
• Some travel industry experience is a plus;
• Preferably good understanding of airline industry and one of the reservation systems (GDS);
• Analytical mind with strong logical thinking;
• Good communication skills;
• Attentive to details, sharp-eyed;
• Ready to develop and improve;
• Problem - solving skills;
• Confident, patient, polite, when dealing with difficult situations;
• Able to work effective under pressure;
• Able to multi-task;
• Focused.

Due to time zone difference, we work late hours:
