IT Researcher

While being a part of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for the quality hiring of candidates for Favbet.

You will:
Identify candidates who fit the Company needs
Searching for candidates (search for resumes matching the job requisition requirements)
resources: LinkedIn, job sites; methods: general recruitment, direct search etc.
Provide a high standard of customer service to candidates
Handle all communication with candidates in the initial stages of the recruiting process
Proactively research of IT-market
Contribute to day-to-day operations critical to Recruiting team’s success

Skills to shine:
Strong research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with modern tools for sourcing X-Ray, Boolean search).
Experience in sourcing and screening relevant profiles on Linkedin outside of your network.
“Quick-learner” attitude
Self-motivation
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
