1DEA.me is Ukrainian leading company that creates and manufactures design gifts: scratch-off maps and motivational scratch-off posters. Today, our products are supplied to over 30 countries and we're planning to continue our growth.
We are looking for Business Development Manager (US region)
Responsibilities:
Market analysis (global tendency, local market leaders, products, positioning)
Direct and indirect Reseller / Distributor negotiation for better price, spec, terms
Product Road map planning based on market analysis and Resellers / Distributors communications
Sales forecast collection and sales planning
Supply chain control and orders planning to the Resellers / Distributors
Expand the representation of products across the entrusted markets
Stocks management and control
Delivery control
Budgeting (finance, sales, expenses)
New product launch preparation
Price policy communication and control of RRP in entrusted markets
Skills and qualifications:
Practical sales, business development management experience
Goal oriented, results driven with a strong desire to see tasks through completion
Highly dynamic, self-starter who uses own initiatives to achieve the goals
Ability to identify opportunities & to transform them from concept to reality
Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives
Committed to the job and its success
Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations)
Presentation & communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and knowledge
