As a Consultant, you will work with commercial real estate. You will represent tenants' or landlords' interests. Finding new tenants is a big part of this job and involves a lot of phone calls and business meetings. You will also be required to perform analysis and find the vacant space best suited for a tenant, negotiate terms of the lease. Conduct regular business correspondence.
Main requirements:
- higher education
- sales experience preferably in real estate
- excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- enterprising, communicative, self-dependent, inspiring
- proactive, result and client-oriented person, strong team player;
- able to cope with a heavy workload in a multitask environment. Ability to work under pressure
- high level of English
Responsibilities:
- proactive sales: cold calls, networking etc.
- account management (Landlords, multinational Tenants)
- prepare presentations, commercial proposals, property reviews
- advising clients during full cycle of a deal
- establish and maintain long-term relations with clients
- conduct business correspondence
- generate cash flow
Remuneration:
- fixed salary + % of sales.
