Customer Support Manager

European based company is looking for Сustomer Support Manager with the requirement of excellent communication skills in English to join our growing team in Kiev.

You will be responsible for effective communication with new clients.

The company provides a financial trading platform. Using our platform clients can trade online to increase their additional income.

Job description, tasks:

• Respond enthusiastically to customer chats, calls and emails;
• Provide solutions and feedback to customer service questions and concerns;
• Communicate with the rest of the team on any frequent customer concerns;
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• A quicker learner with a desire to continually grow;
• Super organized;
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian. (additional languages - huge advantage);
• PC skills;
• Night shifts working ability;
• Friendly and able to be empathetic.
