Agile Fuel opened the opportunity for ambitious and extra motivated Junior IT Recruiter to make our HR Team even stronger! This is an ideal role for someone who really wants to make an impact and grow professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT researching/recruiting;
• Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, interviewing process, search channels;
• Understanding of IT market trends and differences between technologies/ IT positions.

Soft skills:

• Outstanding communication and analytical skills;
• Intermediate English;
• Highly responsible and organized with attention to details;
• Result-oriented, out of box thinker;
• Good team-player, active, hard-working personality.

Responsibilities:

• Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels and generate pipelines for each position;
• Maintaining a full hiring cycle (from drafting the job vacancy to carrying out all the stages of selection and making the offer);
• Providing feedback to candidates at each selection stage;
• Maintaining the candidate database;
• Participation in HR processes (adaptation, motivation etc.);
• Assistance and participation in event management.
