Technical Support Specialist

UPITec Software Ltd. Company - is a certified developer of software for retail based on SAP B1 (ERP system) - http://www.upitec.com/en/

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with English speaking support and IT specialists from abroad
• Solving clients' problems
• System implementation and basic configuration
• Working with Bug tracking system (Redmine)
• Writing documentation and fulfilling the knowledgebase of the company

Mandatory Requirements:

• English - Intermediate/Upper Intermediate
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to details
• SQL - basic knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Technical background

Would be a +:

• Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, etc.)
• Knowledge in finance and accounting
• Previous experience as technical support or system administrator
• Experience of work with Bug tracking system
• Understanding of QA basics and experience in software testing
