We are seeking a Senior Manager for Validation and Test Management Service team in Kyiv.

Validation and Test Management Service helps investment management organization who uses SimCorp Dimension mitigate the risks associated with a constantly changing system environment and reduce costs through automation and industry best practices, while allowing key resources to focus their attention on preparing for future growth opportunities.

 

In this position you will report to the Director, Service Delivery, your daily work will take place within your group in Kyiv (30+ team members). You will be responsible for growing & developing people, both as individuals and teams.

 

Required skills

 

  • A master's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a project manager, team leader, or line manager
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching and motivation
  • Empathic and thrive by working with people
  • A clear sense of priority and a good track record of executing plans
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Great English communication skills, written as well as spoken, as English is our corporate language
  • Understanding of the financial services industry will be an advantage
