ERP implementation Project Manager

IFS Ukraine is an official Ukrainian partner of international corporation called IFS (https://www.ifsworld.com/ua/). IFS develops and delivers IFS Applications enterprise software (of ERP, EAM and ESM class) for customers around the world who manufacture and distribute goods, build and maintain assets, and manage service-focused operations. 

Basic requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) with minimum 5 years of IT experience;
• Demonstrated ability to multitask across multiple projects and teams;
• Experience in project management methodology;
• Must be systematic, methodical, and highly organized.

Tasks to manage and responsibilities:

• Work statements; 
• Work breakdown structures; 
• Developing and tracking budget and schedule; 
• Tracking individual project tasks; 
• Providing risk analysis; 
• Tracking and resolving issues and action items; 
• Requirements gathering; 
• Providing various ERP project management visibility and control measures and reports as needed and communicating to project team and stakeholders; 
• Management of project escalation through various levels of communication.

 Skills: 

• Extremely strong communication skills with the ability to influence across complex matrixed organizations
• Capability to work well within a globally distributed network of colleagues
• Ability and resolve to address customer/client business needs quickly
• Proven ability to work on multiple initiatives shifting and directing focus as needed

• Ability to tie activities to the broader goals while focusing on customer needs
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and organizational agility
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and using project management methodology relevant to software implementation projects
• Deep command of Project Management methodologies, principals, and tools for Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
• Expertise working with Microsoft Project including optimization, maintenance, and reporting of project plan
• Accurate communications in person and in writing and presentation skills
• Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player
• Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
