Responsibilities

• - Close cooperation with a recruiter and hiring managers to define and clarify job requirements;
• - Employ various methods of sourcing including direct and social media recruiting to further develop, promote and maintain a proactive, cost-effective recruiting strategy;
• - Update and maintain internal ATS;
• - Build and maintain pipelines of potential candidates in terms of current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Relevant knowledge or experience: researcher experience, relevant courses, training..
• Good understanding of full lifecycle recruiting in the IT industry;
• Positive attitude;
• Ability to multitask and set priorities;
• Stress resistance;
• Intermediate English.

Personal skills

• Well-organized person with good time-management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Proactive and result-oriente;
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
