Responsibilities
- - Close cooperation with a recruiter and hiring managers to define and clarify job requirements;
- - Employ various methods of sourcing including direct and social media recruiting to further develop, promote and maintain a proactive, cost-effective recruiting strategy;
- - Update and maintain internal ATS;
- - Build and maintain pipelines of potential candidates in terms of current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Relevant knowledge or experience: researcher experience, relevant courses, training..
- Good understanding of full lifecycle recruiting in the IT industry;
- Positive attitude;
- Ability to multitask and set priorities;
- Stress resistance;
- Intermediate English.
Personal skills
- Well-organized person with good time-management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and result-oriente;
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
