Advertising manager

International company Filancy is looking for full-time advertising managers to work in the field of advertising with international clients. The work includes purchase and optimization of advertising spots and traffic for the company's customers.

Required skills:

• Experience in performance-based advertising. Or the ability to quickly google and understand the main principles - a big plus;
• Knowledge of Excel at a level sufficient for creating reports and understanding them (result analysis and optimization);
• Analytical and system thinking;
• Knowledge of PPC - Big advantage;
• Knowledge of SEO - Big advantage;
• Knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Insta, Twitter, Reddit etc.) - Big advantage;
• External information analysis: setting up the monitoring and its processing, searching for information in the open sources;
• Ability to clearly formulate your thoughts and questions before you voice them;
• Ability to self-learn, quickly find answers and organize your workflow;
• Knowledge of SQL / MYSQL / BI - Big advantage;
• Creative way of thinking and sense of humor :)

Responsibilities:

• Running advertising campaigns for the company's clients using various traffic sources via CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA models;
• Testing and optimization of new traffic sources and advertising models;
• Preparation and testing of a large number of promotional materials for advertising campaigns;
• Reporting on the results of work done to Head of Marketing and CEO;
• Working in a team and meeting personal (project's) KPIs.
