Skills /Competence:
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi (Proficient user, English B1-C1, Hindi B1-C1) is mandatory
- The ability to abide by strict time scales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and influencing skills, communicating clearly.
- Customer Service experience with native speaking customers is not necessary but preferable.
- You must be an experienced user in Word/Excel/Google Docs.
Requirements:
- Your age is 19 or older.
- You are a fast learner and open-minded person
- You have a pleasant voice and no strong accent
Key Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for all customer feedback, both written and verbal
- To handle such feedback by providing prompt and professional replies
- To create a range of standard letters, to enable an easily personalized reply, to help ensure target response times are met
- To keep up to date with all products' characteristic
- To translate and to manage the knowledgebase for customers and co-workers
- To host online meetings, such as trainings, and account settings
- To take further action on customers' feedback, where appropriate
- To carry out analysis of customer feedback
- To report to your line manager
