You as a HR Intern will be responsible for:

  • Talent & Acquisition: Assisting in recruitment process in JDE: vacancies’ posting, screening resumes, scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
  • Adaptation: Assisting in communication flow and meetings organization.
  • Learning & Development: driving GreenBeans and Coffee&Tea Essentials blocks, assisting in organizing L&D events and trainings.
  • Internship Programs leading.
  • Coordinating document flow: contracts, agreements, invoices.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by HR Department.

For this role as HR Intern, we’re looking for Graduates or last year students with excellent English and Leadership Skills.

Skills we appreciate:

  • Coffee or tea lover
  • Great desire to build career in HR
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, leadership and planning skills
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence
  • English – upper-intermediate

Duration of the Internship Program is 12 months. Upon successful passing through the Internship Program trainees have opportunity to get regular job in HR or other department of JDE.

Upon successful passing through the Internship Program trainees can get regular job in HR department of JDE, or other department upon role availability and preference.
