Job Description

Lead, develop and Execute projects related to Finish Goods within Ukraine/EEMEA region:

-         Identify project milestones, align product development related costs

-         Manage cross-functional perspective collection and key constraint highlights during stage gate document submission within the Global Governance process

-         Manage projects post evaluation including data collection with involved functions Track, monitor and communicate progress of all projects

-         Produce, communicate and agree project timelines with all key stake holders including Regional Category Teams.

-         Establish and lead cross functional Meetings 

-         Being a Single Point of Contact for respective projects interfacing with related JDE Global teams

-         Track and report progress of the projects within the respective category: Prepare project list and report;

-          Propose actions / resolutions and implement remedial action with the project team, prepare contingency plans for the projects

-         Ensure FG Master Data initiation and management

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in International FMCG companies
• Fluent working English both written and oral
• PC skills: MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (team work, negotiation)
• Process management and leadership
• Time management and detail oriented
• Analytical skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and time preassure; managing complexity
• Flexibility, efficient Team work and networking
