Job Description

1)        Customer Experience:

-           Customer Experience Research &Projects

-           Digital Innovations (Chat-bot, Web, Messengers) and automatization support

-           Service Content & POS development

2)        Care Line Management:

-           Analytics & Reporting

-           Action Plan Control & Coordination

-           Content Management

-           Work with Non-Standard Requests

3)        Service & Sales Effective Cooperation

-           Getting Feed-back from Sales

-           Reporting & Action Plan Controlling

-           Service Competitors & market overview

-           Pricing


Qualifications

For this role as CX & Service Innovations Intern, we’re looking for Graduates or last year students with Operations\Finance\System Analysis related education.

Skills we appreciate:

Hard skills:  English – intermediate,

MS Excel – advanced user (pivots, cubs)

Analytical & Systems thinking

Ability to work with technology

Very attentive to details

Quality oriented, proactive “can do” approach
