Job Description
· Executes Brand/Category projects in all spheres of the Marketing Mix within the planned timeframe and budget and ensuring project financial targets achievement.
· Is responsible for analytics: brand health tracking (business performance review) based on data provided by AC Nielsen etc. Conduct ad-hoc analysis requests and preparation for monthly category meetings.
· Assisting category Marketing Manager in annual planning cycle process and presentations (Brand Review, Brand Plans)
· Is responsible for local product range execution to ensure a sustained yield of rangeland products while considering range resource status.
· Executes Brand innovation pipeline launches by managing local product adaptations and coordinates all activities within the scope of projects.
· Manages external communication activities (including social media) and maintains relationship with local media all in line with the communication and media strategy as defined by the Category Marketing Leader.
· Executes local communication campaigns by managing local execution of advertisement and promotion activities.
· Executes local brand artwork per brand packaging design guidelines.
· Execute local brands’ activations by using above- and below-the-line instruments within the context of central brand activation guidelines.
· Is responsible for compiling local knowledge and key market insight and sharing this information with the central marketing organization for potential innovations and trends.
· Is a key brand equity keeper responsible for solid brand image execution in accordance to global guidelines under supervision of Category Marketing Leader.
Qualifications
· Being true coffee lover
· Master's degree in Marketing, Economics
· 2-3 years of relevant experience (JBM, ABM)
· Analytical acumen with experience in data base analysis (Nielsen etc)
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English
