Supply Planning, BPO Export & Transport Specialist

Job Description

• Assure timely production supply with respective set of raw and pack materials on base of MRP analysis, on-time placement of replenishment call-offs orders and tracking of orders execution.
• Responsible for aging control, blocked due to quality reasons raw and pack materials proper handling.
• Take part in process of contracts' conclusion together with Procurement department in order to negotiate best logistics/inventory conditions from the suppliers.
• Cordinate in-time efficient process of international transportation ordering (call-offs):

1. Preparing of transportation orders;
2. Sending of orders to transportations companies;
3. Receiving of orders confirmations;
4. Orders creation in the systems;
5. Receiving all info about trucks ordered and confirmed;
6. Sending to truckers the numbers of loads etc.

• Ensure in time proper preparation (or renewal with neccesary modifications) of supply contracts with export customers, their validation by all parties and functions involved, keeping up-to date price lists and other neccesary specifications / addendums to supply contracts.
• Cordinate efficient process of information exchange (weekly basis) with respective supply planning departments of export customers and Plant's production and warehousing departments.
• Coordinate relevant working processes of customs operations groups and transportation companies.
• Cordinate in-time proper preparation of all neccesary shipments documents (Invoices, QC Certificates, Pack Lists, INF3, EUR1 etc.)
• Cordinate respective local parts of product change projects run by export customers (design change, assortments change, packaging change etc.) ensuring in-time proper local interfunctional communication and alignment.
• As a key user provides support of SAP system in the planning and exporting process. Responsible for requests creation to the Support team of testing, new projects and business processes validation.

Qualifications

• University degree
• Professional experience in supply planning of at least 2 years
• Knowledge of the supply chain and production planning principles
• Knowledge of the international supply chain flows and international transportation
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system
• Good analytical and multitasking skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
• Team player
• High level of responsibility
