Junior Buyer Packaging (UA&Eastern Europe, Central Asia)

Key responsibilities

• Suppliers contracting based on Buyers commercial agreements. Contracts and annexes preparation, alignment with suppliers and signing according to JDE Procurement policy.
• Support prices adaptation process with packaging suppliers according to contracts conditions.
• Participation in x-functional projects from procurement side, such as NPDs, specification changes, supply chain initiatives support. Perform suppliers briefing, first offers evaluation, samples tracking, analysis preparation for further Sr.Buyer approval.
• SAP proper workflow maintenance: PO/BO, e-contracts, e-catalogues, vendors creation
• Suppliers validation according to agreed company procedures
• Build effective cooperation with internal stakeholder
• Establish fruitful cooperation with suppliers, manage supplier relationship
• Procurement policy compliance, initiation and approval control of proper documents
• Suppliers validation according to agreed company procedures

Qualification requirements

• University degree
• Work experience in FMCG company is preferred
• Ability to manage workload effectively and autonomously in uncertain environment
• Good analytical and communicative skills
• Diligence and accuracy

• SAP knowledge
• English intermediate
