Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1+ years of Human Resources experience in IT
- Proven experience in talent management and employee relations
- Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
- Ability to prioritize, self-motivation and passion to work;
- Good knowledge of employment law and company policies relating to personnel
- Strong analytical skills and ability to review existing processes to make recommendations for improvements
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm in busy and stressful situations
- Great Positive Attitude
- Upper-Intermediate level of English is necessary
To do:
- Search for qualified candidates by using different sourcing tools and channels (databases, job boards, social media platforms);
- Create a wide Talent pool and updating CV search database;
- Contact candidates, present opportunities, seek interest level and possible referrals;
- Find new strategies for discovering qualified candidates to be reached in the shortest time.
- Work with HR team members to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals and objectives
- Support of current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resource
- Develop compensation program and benefits plans
